White Acerum

From the Latin word for maple trees, Acerum is a unique liquor made from fermented and distilled maple sap concentrate. White Acerum is pure and unaged and retains only the most delicate and natural aromas of maple once stilled. Brown Acerum

From the Latin word for maple trees, Acerum is a unique liquor made from fermented and distilled maple sap concentrate. Aging in oak barrels imparts aromas of caramel and pear confit. Lively in mouth, slightly mineral, Brown Acerum has a taste of cinnamon with a delicate finish of maple sugar and bitter orange. Acerum is a worthy representative of the Quebec terroir.
